🚗 Transfers and vehicle rental

If you wish to rent a vehicle, we can arrange the reservation with our partners.
There are no rental agencies in San Bernardino; vehicles are delivered from the airport and can be handed over at the airport or directly to the hotel.

Advance booking is highly recommended (a driver's license and a security deposit are required by the agency).

🧹 Housekeeping and cleaning

A quick daily cleaning is included for all accommodations, including duplexes.

For duplex apartments, the dishes must be washed and put away at the end of the stay.
If you prefer to delegate this task, you can request a dishwashing service for an additional fee.

A thorough cleaning can also be booked on request, at a rate of 100,000 Gs per hour (booking recommended the day before).

🌿 Linen and respect for the environment

In keeping with our environmental commitment, bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

You can request an additional change at the following rates:
• Large towel: 8,000 Gs
• Set of bed linen for a double bed: 30,000 Gs
• Single bed sheet set: 25,000 Gs
