❌ Cancellation and refund policy

To guarantee the quality of our services and the availability of accommodation, all reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
The balance is to be paid upon check-in (arrival).

🔹 Cancellation before arrival

• Cancellation is free up to 3 days before the arrival date.
• In case of cancellation within this period, the deposit already paid will be fully refunded.

🔹 Late cancellation or no-show

• For any cancellation made less than 3 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the 50% deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds are issued after this period.

🔹 Change of stay

• Date changes may be accepted subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 3 days before the original arrival date.

🔹 Early departure

• In case of early departure after installation, the stay remains due in full.
